Together with the staff at the Information Desk, our student Communicator team is happy to help you find your way around the museum. The Communicators will welcome you on arrival and are available to answer any questions you may have about your visit to the Knowledge Museum.
At the Information Desk, you can pick up a floor plan to help you navigate the building, obtain information about events, borrow devices for our audio walks, and receive assistance with using the Forum Wissen app. Our team is also happy to advise you in advance when planning your museum visit.
One team, many perspectives
Our Communicators give tours and run workshops. They are trained by our museum staff and contribute the specialist knowledge and expertise gained through their degree programmes. In this way, they offer our visitors a wide range of perspectives on the themes explored by the museum and the Spaces of Knowledge.
Our Communicators are also involved in maintaining our collections, preparing exhibitions, and contributing to our digital channels. In addition to German and English, many of our Communicators speak other languages and also offer guided tours in those languages.
